International Passport and certificate of previous studies (High school certificate; BA/BS degree)

For Master’s degree we need Bachelor degree

For transfer students, we need transcript and syllabus.

Greetings from Admission Office! Thank you for your interest in Tbilisi State Medical University (TSMU), Georgia.

We received your application on our website to study
Course
program at Tbilisi State Medical University in the 2023 Spring semester. This is to inform you that your documents have been reviewed and found to be satisfactory.

In order to commence your registration process into TSMU, your documents need to be translated into 3 copies each and submitted to the admission board. Also, you need to make a power of attorney authorizing Admission Office representatives to register you at Tbilisi State Medical University. To have your documents translated for submission to TSMU Admission board, kindly pay the translation/notarization fee of $200.

After your documents have been translated, notarized and submitted to the Admission board, you will receive a mail from TSMU informing you about the day and time for your English test interview. The purpose of the interview is to ascertain that you can speak English language. Also, you will receive a call/mail from Admission Office informing you about the details of the interview and properly prepare you for the interview.

If you pass the interview, you will receive an official placement letter from TSMU within 7 working days. And you will be required to pay a recognition processing fee of $300. The additional $300 fee covers for proper documentation and submission of your documents for recognition (study permit) at the National Center for Education Quality Enhancement.

Once your recognition is issued successfully, you can join the Spring Semester in 2023. Feel free to contact me if you need additional support.

For undergraduate and Master's program applicants, Recognition takes one week.
Ministry decree takes two weeks. For transfer students recognition takes a month.

AFTER ENROLLMENT

We'll contact student to inform about your enrollment. Student has to come to sign the contract in the university and pay full tuition fees and collect UG Code.

Student visa

For Embassy letters student has to transfer at least $1000 US Dollars of his/her tuition fees (which is refundable) to the University of Georgia’s account. Admission Office can make provisions for Airport pick-up, Accommodation reservation, immigration and Visa services to the student for a reasonable fee.
