Ano ang mga kinakailangan para sa Pag-aaplay para sa permit ng Georgian Residence para sa layunin ng Pag-aaral?
International Students applying for  residence permit (TRC Card) in Georgia:

  • Kailangang may valid na International Passport.
  • Dapat na ipasok sa isang akreditadong Unibersidad sa Georgia at may katayuang aktibong estudyante.
  • Dapat ay may wastong Georgian Study visa (o isang balidong TRC para sa mga mag-aaral na sinusubukang i-renew ang kanilang permit sa paninirahan)

Ayon sa mga regulasyon ng Ministry of Foreign Affairs ng Georgia, para sa isang International student na mag-aplay para sa renewal ng residence permit, ang aplikante ay dapat magkaroon ng hindi bababa sa 40 legal na araw sa loob ng teritoryo ng Georgia.

Paano ito gumagana?

1. Punan ang aming application form sa ibaba
2. Dumaan sa konsultasyon sa aming consultant sa visa.
3. Gawin ang aming bayad sa serbisyo.
4. Magsumite ng aplikasyon sa Public Service Hall at maghintay ng desisyon.
5. Tanggapin ang desisyon ng SDA sa iyong aplikasyon ng permit sa paninirahan.

Hakbang 1: Punan ang aming form sa ibaba, ibigay ang iyong mga personal na detalye sa pakikipag-ugnayan at i-upload ang kopya ng iyong internasyonal na pasaporte. Pagkatapos isumite ang form, kakailanganin mong magbayad ng $50USD Consultation fee (non-refundable). Pagkatapos punan ang form, makikipag-ugnayan sa iyo ang aming legal consultant sa loob ng 48 oras upang suriin ang iyong kaso. Hakbang 2: After the consultation phase, if you are eligible to apply for Georgian temporary residence permit (TRC Card) and our consultant confirms that we can assist you, you will told the list of documents we need from you to commence your visa documentation process and you will receive an invoice to pay our visa documentation service charge.

Georgia TRC fee

Our Georgia TRC documentation service fee ranges from $250USD to $1,500USD depending on the age of the applicant, the location of applicant, the applicant’s university, and the number of legal days left in the applicant’s current residence permit. Generally, International students who gained admission to study in Georgia through Admission Office LLC pay a lower service charge as our agency had already made some of the applicant’s documentation processes during registration. 

The service charge also covers for the cost of putting together all the visa support documents that should be collected from the applicant’s university and other relevant authorities within Georgia for the purpose of applying for the student’s visa. After paying our visa documentation service charge and fulfilling all the requirements of the Embassy that student is assigned to, the student’s visa application will be filed in.

Georgia TRC card processing time

According to local regulations, Georgia TRC card processing time can take a maximum of 30 days. The Georgia TRC card processing time can be either 10 days or 20 days or 30 days depending on the Georgia TRC Fee that the applicant pays. Generally, the decision on a student’s TRC application process can not be later than 30 days.
